Sky card not getting subscriptions

Sky box randomly came up with a message saying to watch this channel, you need the subscription but I have had the subscription already for year and all other boxes are working as normal. Not sure why the card has just done this tonight.

Try rebooting the Sky box, if that fails to fix it then try performing a New Install
