Sky card don’t work

After 4 calls to Sky today and waiting 30 mins on hold , I am no better off , 21 years with Sky and I cannot even speak to someone regarding my Sky not working , disgusted with Sky

Sometimes the queue to speak to an agent means it takes longer than 20 minutes.

 

Is this viewing card / Sky+ box combination the same that you had in October 2024?

@Wexford19 in what way does the Card not work? What's the error message?
