Sky breakdown on adverts.

I am getting fed up with trying to watch Sky. Every programme is fine until adverts when the problems start......freezing screen , circle going around, black screen then I press return and we start again.  This has been going on for several weeks and my patience is getting thin. I have replaced the booster rejigged the WiFi  so I am not daft. I give up😖😩

@Smythe1  This doesn't sound like a SKy+HD box issue (where you have posted) do you have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Smythe1  What does the order email you got say you ordered?

 

A small Sky box is not helpful as there is a Sky Q mini which is a smaller box than it's main counterpart or the Stream puck.
