Sky box

We have a sky box and are not using it

can we get money off per month as not using it

also

i have an old box here and needs posting don't know how to send it back as we have moved

You've posted on the Sky+ board so that equipment is yours and doesn't need to be returned. Do you really have Sky+?

 

Sky won't refund you just because you're not using the service. If you're not using it then cancel it (unless you're still in a minimum term deal).

If you have two Sky+ boxes and are not using one then you can call Sky to cancel the multiscreen sub but once you have done you will not be able to reinstate it without upgrading to Sky Q.
