Sky box won’t connect to BB

Hi,

Just back from a six week holiday.

Found my ipad wouldn't accept my wi-fi password. So I reset it following the providers instructions.

Then I put the new p/w into the sky system and 'there is a problem', is all that it tells me.

I have tried all the usual, turning things off and on. Adjusting pw, so make it friendly, excluding special characters.

My ipad accepts it, my sky box does not.

This is driving me nuts. Please can anyone help?
