Cancelled upgrade to Sky Q but have lost Sky Multiroom

Hi,

 

I recently decided to cancel my Sky Q upgrade, within a few days of the initial agreement.

 

I previously had sky+ with multiroom, but since I cancelled my upgrade I have now lost all channels to my second box. 

Will Sky reinstate my multiroom package if I contact them?

I'm surprised all of your Sky Plus boxes cards have not been disabled as this is what usually happens due to sky's daft ordering system 😞

 

You'll need to get new cards sent to you by Sky
