Sky+ box viewing card not working

My sky+box would not let me record or watch recording and sky pick was blue and said only available with active subscription. I am up to date with my bills.

Now realised it is my viewing card is faulty does not work with the 2 sky+boxes l have. Did the unplug remove card plug in wait 3mins install card but still not working. Has the card failed

Possibly.  Or it might be an account issue. Give Sky a call to report it.

MY VIEWING CARD HAS BEEN PLAYING UP FOR SOME TIME.  HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN IT OUT AND LEFT IT ON A WOODEN SURFACE FOR 24 HOURS AND PUT IT BACK AND IT HAS BEEN OK.  HAVE TRIED THIS SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE WEEKEND BUT CANNOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM SKY NO SO HAVE NO TV.
