Sky + box stopped working

Our broadband and sky tv are on an old package, our sky plus box has just stopped working as well, I want options to upgrade but the offer I was presented was more expensive than if I was a new customer, I have been with sky for 14 years so hopefully you can do something for me.

You're not a new customer, so you won't get new customer prices.
