Sky box not working

Box stopped working tried unplugging but still no joy was ok before but just packed up

Can you elaborate on "stopped working" this does not tell us enough to be able to help

No power to the box no lights on or any sort of response all plugged in and everything just nothing

Check the fuse in the plug
