Sky box not working

That's it, it ain't working and sky won't answer

@TeriK  If you have a Sky+HD box Sky no longer support these.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Light on Sky+HD box not illuminating. 

TV is ok but no Sky channels received.

Message says "weak or no signal"

Everything worked ok up to midday Friday

@TeriK  If your TV is showing "weak or no signal" that is your TV looking at the inbuilt tuner and can't see a Freeview signal

 

You need to scroll through the TV inputs to locate the one the Sky+HD box uses.

You mean the power LED on the front panel? Check the fuse and try a different power socket. If neither resolves it, I'm afraid your Sky box has probably expired. You can't use a replacement Sky+ box, so you woud need to talk to Sky about upgrading.
