Sky box not working

101 and 102 the bbc channels have disappeared and the channel numbers have no  channel descriptions

What have you tried to do to fix it, have you rebooted your Sky box at the mains ?

Yes switched power off for 30 mins still exactly the same

Try a Planner Rebuild
