It will continue to work for the foreseeable future, perhaps until all satellite transmissions cease at the end of the decade.

Actually you don't. Sky wants you to upgrade but if you are happy with what you have got then you do not need to.

When you spoke to the autobot ... did the autobot ask if you required more assistance via a referral ... did you say YES ... the txt you received is that referral ... if you had said NO you would have been redirect to a HUMAN😉
