My viewing card needs pairing to HD box only mentions Sky Q box at sky.com/quickfix, this has happened before and was sorted over the phone, but cannot get to speak to anyone, open to suggestions ??
You can't pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.
You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

@Alan273 if it's the same box and Card you were using prior to October last year (not clear why you would need to pair them again), carrying out a New Install will re-pair them.
I came back from Work, and this Message was on the Screen. it was A card that came with the Box. I just hit Select and to pair the card Again... and it was Paired again.
