I cannot play a Sky Programme I have just recorded. It is showing it has recorded on the information, but when I try to play it, it plays it for 1 minutes and then it stops and shows a message on the screen 'end of programme' press BACK UP to return
I have tried a Sky Planner Rebuild, to no avail.

Hi, duration is 3 hours. Showing it has used 10.6%, but it is showing part record ; 1 min. I recorded it today at 4pm and it was still recording at 7:30pm...when it ended. That's when I tried to play it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLooks like the recording has failed, then. If you highlight the failed recording in your Planner, the failure reason should be shown at the end of the programme synopsis on screen.
