Sky HD updates

Thinking about changing to a mobile wifi as I have 5G in my area from a different provider.  Wondering if my Sky+ HD box will still accept updates if I have no landline connection ( which will go if I change) ? Has anyone done this?

@Deborah+A

EPG changes are independent of the operating system, which is what @Annie+UK was referring to as not having updated..
