Sky HD plus not working properly
Skyhd+ I was able to record 2 programmes at the same time and watch something else. Now the box is only allowing me to record one programme and will only let me watch the same programme. How do I fix this

@Jane+70 Start by taking a look at the Signal Strength/Quality in Services > Settings > Signal
All 4 White Bars should be at least half way across.
Also, do you have your own dish or are you on a communal system?

hi @Jane+70
This would indicate a problem with one of the feeds.
The first thing I suggest you check is that the both Satellite connections are secure and have not been subject to any likely damage.
