Sky+HD Subscribe

I have 4 Sky+HD Boxes Two viewing card ive been trying to get sky to reinstate my boxes as there was a issues and Sky never resolved it and charged me £260 termation fees the lady in india told me if I paid the £260 termation fees she could reinstate my boxes I didnt want to pay it as the termation fees were my fault but I want my boxes back and running so I paid it but my services were never reinstated.

And no the Sky+HD Box is no obsolete lol its far superior to anything thats replaced its reliable fast and programs are safe stored on the hard drive and ondemand services such as paramount plus and hbo max are downloaded to the box giving a unbeatable viewing experience no buffering no errors just great playback.

I am owed £260. for skys error.

@TheDarkFall termination charges are only applied if you cancel. Once you've cancelled a Sky+ service, Sky will only reinstate your service on Sky Q, their current satellite platform or on Sky Stream.

@TheDarkFall

Did you cancel the Sky+ boxes as this would be why the early termination charge was applied, no matter what they told you usually Sky will not restore the service to them as they will want up to upgrade to either Sky Stream or Sky Q.

Nonetheless, it's a quarter-century old platform that cannot output UHD or host apps for which hardware hasn't been manufactured for a decade, and being two generations behind the current platform with no new subscription in the past five years it's still in use by only a very small percentage of the Sky Television subscriber base: that's a reasonable definition of obsolescence.

I strongly suspect Sky would have actively killed Sky+ HD off by now if it wasn't for the upcoming end of satellite television broadcasting as a whole which will do the job anyway.

@TimmyBGood would laugh if they went on to extend the satellites and they where forced to think should have got rid of sky+ when we had a chance
