OnDemand service has pretty much refused to work. My Sky subscription is correct, had no issues for years I Am with Sky Broadband, My Sky+ HD box is connected, So it tells me, Via Lan Cable When I remove the cable the box lets me know I can get all the channels record etc But try downloading via catch up is virtually impossible it almost impossible to connect to any of the services If I get a service and set of the download it is so slow it can take hours to download or just fails this has been going on for months now I have tried all the standard tricks no joy. For a while, I could use the sky + app and set off a download from there to my box but now it says searching for the HD box.
I have wondered if My Sky HD Box has had it I have had it for very many years ( I Have tried but SKY Q is not an option for me, Health and safety issues mean I am stuck with this old technology)
Does anyone have thoughts on this
