Sky + HD Box - This Viewing Card is not Authorised

Hi, I have a Sky + HD box and tonight had the message "This Viewing Card is not Authorised" whenever I tried to access most of the Sky channels. I could access other channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and, for some reason, Sky Arts and Sky news.
I haven't watched TV for a few days but it was ok earlier this week.
I haven't requested a new viewing card and am not upgrading to Sky Q. Everything on my account is as expected with no updates or messages over the past few weeks. All payments are up to date and I haven't received an Email.
Is it possible that Sky have dsconnected me for some reason or is it a problem with my viewing card all of a sudden?
I have tried switching the box off and on but that didn't help
This is also happening with some of the programs I had already recorded.
I'll ring them on Monday, but perhaps someone on here has had a similar issue for no apparent reason.
Is there anything else I can try that may work but won't mess things up even more?
Also, I can't actually see where the card is inserted in the Sky + Hd box. Online help says it's on the right of the box, but I've had a look and it doesn't seem to be where the YouTube video says it is! So I can't even check the viewing card (not that I'd know what to look for anyway)
Anyway, if anyone could shed any light on any of the above it would be appreciated.
