Since last storm Sky Stopped Working with No Satellite Signal (Error 25). Appears bust. Logged on to Sky SIte and asked for advice. They will not send an engineer so stuck with a subscription I can't use. Only option seems to cancel Sky subscription. No point in paying for something I cannot watch that they won't maintain?

you could employ the service of a local contractor to check out your dish/signal

1. Engage a local satellite engineer to take a look at your dish and cabling.
2. Upgrade to Sky Q. The dish etc will be checked at no extra cost as part ofmthe Sky Q installation.
3. Switch to Sky Stream which doesn't require a dish.
