Shrinking picture on TV screen

The picture on our Panasonic TV screen shrinks fro full-size to quarter-size.

Sounds like a TV setting, check for a zoom setting on the TV

@Peace2  Unfortunately we can't see or access your TV therefore you're going to need to check your TV as advised and look at the TV manual if you're not familiar with the settings.
