Why do you need to pair your Card and box? Is this a replacement box? If so, you won't be ableto pair them.

As @Mark39 indicates, at the end of last month Sky withdrew the ability to pair an existing card with a Sky+ HD box that didn't come directly from them.  Unfortunately this may extend to second-hand boxes which have been working successfully for years but require re-pairing for some other reason.
