Service loading. When I try to record on demand I get the message ‘Service is loading’.

I'm using a Sky +HD box and when I select a programme to record either from Catch-up or Sky Cinema I see the message 'Service loading press Select to continue'. Their is no image available for the programmes and when I try to record it says 'Downloading' until eventually it fails.  Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong.  Thanks

Have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes?
