Second sky box not working

We are waiting for Sky Q to be fitted. 
It looks like our second box has been disconnected. The following message is given

Top picks only available with an active Sky Tv Subscription. 
please can you look into this and make sure that the second box is connected.

Can you view channel 106 on the second box?

@Janet59 you could report it to Sky. They have in the past been able to send a signal to the affected box's Viewing Card (so check the number) to reinstate your viewing. However, I'm mindful that another poster has reported the same issue, so it might be some sort of policy decision.

If you have agreed to switch to SKY Q then, unfortunately,  we have seen ( & continue to see) customers with Multirrom, that their secondary boxes seem to be switched off as soon as the switch is done on the account
