Screen is showing wrong viewing card for this set top box,

I have an error on my screen showing This is  the wrong viewing card for this set top box.... Tried reseting through sky, however its the old type box just  used for multi room and the sky system only shows reset for Sky+ and Q.......Its the oly card I've had for this box

By old type box ... do you mean a Sky+ SD box?
