Sat

Hi. I have no satellite signal. I have done the trouble shooting and have been told to get an engineer.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.

@DianneCamps unfortunately you can't book an engineer online for Sky+ faults, so you'll need to call. There may be a charge.
