STV not downloading on Sky+ hd

I've not been able to download from STV or STV player for the last few days on my Sky + hd box.  Neither can my friend on her sky q box.  When I click to download programme starts downloading - gets to 101% a d says download complete but  is still not available to view. It just stays like that at 101% and until i stop programme from recording nothing else will download. When I press record button to stop recording it says failed. When I press info button it says failed rec: cancelled. Phoned sky - no help - they say I can't get stv on download in my postcode and phoned mt back to sell me sky q. Any guidance please

I don't know whether that's the reason or not, but it would seem unlikely if your friend with Sky Q can't download from STV either.

 

You could try rebuilding your Planner as described in Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-plus/sky-plus-watching-sky-tv/sky-plus-recordings/articles/re...

 

Also make sure that you've deleted any failed recordings in your Planner.

I have deleted all failed downloads from deleted programmes in planner

Rebuild planner didnt work either . . . .
