SKY + Remote

I want to replace my 10 year old Sky + Remote . I am not having any success with Sky online or by telephone. I have followed online and telephone instructions but getting no where. How do i order and purchase a remote?

Buy one (more cheaply) from your local supermarket or hardware store. Or buy one from an online retailer such as Amazon.

Highstreet shops sell them such as TESCO, ASDA, ARGOS etc.. also you can get them online from Amzon for example

If the issue is buttons not working then cleaning the internals of the remote can fix it, see my FAQ for instructions

Thanks, i didn't realise you could buy remotes elsewhere. I have ordered one from Amazon to replace my faded 10 year old remote.
