SK+ box and upgrades

I currently have a sky + box for recording only. I do not get any channels other than the free ones. Initially it was £5 a month but it went up to 9 then 10 then 11. I also subscribe to netflix and disney + via a firestick and not through sky. I noticed on my ugrade options sky page it says for an extra £7 a month I can have some sky channels, netflix and disney+ which would be £18 a month. Would the sky channels be via my sky + box still? The reason I keep it is because my internet connection is not very reliable so it's nice to have tv and recordings to watch when the internet is down.

Your Sky+ box has no access to Apps so you would need to change to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream

Thanks Annie. I understand that netflix and disney would not be on my sky+ box but would the sky channels? Also can you record on say sky stream and does that have a box?
