My sky box will not record programmes from the rewind uk TV channel

Any ideas why ?

@Mickey01 what happens when you try? Do you se5e a Failed recording in your Planner? If so, highlight the failed recording and press i on your remote. The failure reason will be displayed on screen.

I have the same problem nothing shows in the planner
