Retuning customer

Hi

i would like to come back to sky but do not want to download apps etc to watch.  Had BT for a year and they do this.  I understand sky no longer offer a recording box

Sky no longer offer or support Sky+ (where you've posted) but you can still order Sky Q if you don't want tv through the internet.

@Jennifer+Milner as @Daniel0210 posted Sky Q is sill available and allows you to record in much the same way as the Sky+ box which I'm guessing you had before.

As @Mark39 indicates, while Q is still available, it no longer appears as a prominent option on the Sky website accessible through the front page menus (which probably demonstrates longer term plans for the product ; )
