I have NOT received the box to send it back, please resend. I can't send it back if I don't have the box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bean+Machine assuming this is Sky Q equipment, it's your responsibility to return the box so unless you have suitable packaging of your own that you can use, it would be best to give Sky a call and ask them to send/resend the packaging.
