Resend box

I've had a text me this message 

 

Hi, you must return the Sky equipment to avoid paying a Non Return Charge. For more information on how to return visit sky.com/returns (Removed)

 

 

I have NOT received the box to send it back, please resend. I can't send it back if I don't have the box

Sky+ equipment is owned by the customer and does not need returning. Have you posted in the correct forum?????????????????

@Bean+Machine assuming this is Sky Q equipment, it's your responsibility to return the box so unless you have suitable packaging of your own that you can use, it would be best to give Sky a call and ask them to send/resend the packaging.
