My disabled son has broken the remote control, dropped it onto tiled floor it fell apart and now doesn't work at all, , how can a get a replacement as it doesn't work at all now cannot even switch sky on, and yes the batteries are fine and correctly inserted! Any info please as the sky chat not is useless
You can buy them in most larger supermarkets which might be the quickest option.

My remote is now quite a few years old and though it still works it takes a long time for the messages to be transferred to my box, is there anything I can do to put this right or do I need to get a new remote and if so where do I get from?
