Hi my sky will not connect to internet I've noticed the cable that is in my phone socket at the sky end has some wires hanging out how do I replace this ? Is there any way I can send a photo?

You may totally remove this cable as it is only used with the boxes built-in dialup modem (no longer used), it has nothing to do with broadband as this is obtained via either wifi or the RJ45 socket to the broadband router
