Replacement Viewing Card Refused - Sky plus

Two weeks ago I was told my Sky plus Viewing Card needed to be replaced.

 

Now told Sky + is no longer supported and I need to change over to Sky Q

@Don888  Is the viewing card damaged meaning you can't view channels

 

thats the only condition on which it should still be replaced
