Remote sky+ not working

My remote isn't working. Have done all the checks required but still nothing. How do I get a new remote

I assume it's a Sky+ remote, as that's the forum you've posted in. You can buy one at a local supermarket, hardware store or online. Orvia the Sky Accessories website.

Have you tried taking the remote apart and cleaning the internals?
