I cannot access any of my recorded programmes or any title in recordings the message is ' Sorry, this service is not available'
When I check the broadband and wifi there appears to be a problem but checking the wifi and broadband by the system , everything is ok.
Any ideas?

Miraculously the system is working this morning! All recordings are accessible and intact, don't know what went wrong last night but a warning would be welcome.
