Recordings not available

I cannot access any of my recorded programmes or any title in recordings the message is ' Sorry, this service is not available'

When I check the broadband and wifi there appears to be a problem but checking the wifi and broadband by the system , everything is ok.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply.

Miraculously the system is working  this morning! All recordings are accessible and intact, don't know what went wrong last night but a warning would be welcome.

If you have the power saving 'Eco' mode turned in in your Sky box settings,  your Sky box will have restarted .automatically early this morning, which may have resolved it.
