Changed my engineers appointment Last week Now today When I switched my box on I am getting the message This viewing card is not authorised I have rang into the bot and followed their instructions Yet it doesn't work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou've posted on the Sky+ board. Sky no longer support Sky+ or Sky+HD issues so unless you have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance I don't think Sky would be sending an engineer.
