What do you mean you have lost the channel, what is happening when you go to 424 ?

Re: Racing TV

Says no signal received like it would during torrential rain etc.only channel with this problem.

im wondering if it because I don't pay extra for sky HD and Sky have decided to block it

If that's no satellite signal, it's an issue with your dish setup - most likely it's slightly misaligned. or possibly a failing LNB, expecially if it's more than 5 or so years old. Sky can't block reception of channels.

Unfortunately, unless you have Sky Protect, you would need to engage a local installer to sort it out for you.
