Programme keeps turning of and on

Tv screen turns to colour liner checkerboard then black screen before switching back to programme.

Whatever is happening sounds more like an issue witb your TV than your Sky+ box.

DTT = your TV's built in Freeview tuner.

 

You could try putting both your TV and Sky box in standby and removing the HDMI cable from both then swapping the ends over and reconnecting it.

Depending on the make of TV it may not support Freeview😉
