My Sky+ box (about 8 months old) occasionally freezes during playing a recording. Brief rewind solves the problem but this problem is happening more often with time. I am beginning to suspect the hard drive is starting to fail. Can I get a replacement Sky+ box?

Sky no longer provide replacement Sky+ boxes, but you can buy your own used box from the likes of ebay. DRX890 and DRX895 models are the most recent albeit still 8 or 9 years old.
