Problem with my hard disk drive and System Reset did not work

Error message was "Recordings, On Demand and other services are not availsble". I have Sky+HD ( not Sky Q.)

@Nan+P  Couple of options, source a secondhand replacement from the likes of ebay as there are no new Sky+ boxes out there, or call Sky, they may of course persuade you to move to Sky Q for the reasons posted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
