Premier sport

I have been trying to add Premier sport to my Sky package but message keeps coming up saying Technical problem. Any idea what I can do

Have you tried phoning Sky to add the subscription?

Yes I have called Sky. I've spoken to two different departments and still no joy

You do live in the ROI?

If so phoning Sky is your only way forward ... unless a superuser refers your issue to the Sky Community Messaging Team😟
