Unfortunately you are not contacting SKY support here - we are, primarily, just other customers
Thus you will need to call SKY
Please note, however, they may refuse to provide a new card for use with SKY HD as they have stopped supporting the use of cards not paired with boxes in October last year - they may only allow you to switch to SKY ! or Glass/Stream
