When trying to record a new programme I find I can't, due to two others also waiting to be recorded. I used to have a message come up telling me of alternative times and channels that I can go to instead to record the new one. Now all I get is a message telling me there are no alternatives available every time. Is there a fix for this problem please?

You could try installing the Sky+ app on a mobile device as it's clash managment is pretty good I find.

I did a Planner rebuild and while it didn't work immediately, after a few hours the functionality returned. So, problem solved, thanks for looking.
