Pixilation and signal loss

I've got a problem with pixilation and loss of sound, causing part recordings. I know it's down to the environment and the weather, I just want to know if there's anything I can do about it.

I live in an area surrounded by trees and I think it's one of the treese that's causing the trouble, especially when it's windy. The picture goes a bit pixilated and the sound goes off for a few seconds.

i get no problems during the winter when there are no leaves on the trees, it's only started this week now that the trees are in full leave, plus it's been breezy.

is it worth asking Sky if there's anything that can be done, reposition the dish or something? Or do I have to ask my neighbour to chop their tree down so that I can watch telly 🤣🤣🤣

You could certainly ask Sky if repositioning the dish would resolve it, though they may be limited in what they can do. An independent might have more innovative solutions, but beware the future impact if Sky can't subsequently access the dish for maintenance,

Sky Glass might be the answer but be sure to research it thoroughly.
