The problem is that I am in a rented self catering cottage and someone who rented the property before me appears to have somehow set a pin number up. THerefore I am not able to access my downloads. It is not the end of the world as I will be returning home in two weeks time and I can download them again, but is there any way that I can get around it ? Some sort of reset ? But presumably that would require knowledge of the current pin number ?
Any help ? Many thanks, Dave.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dddderrick By default, the pin is the last 4 digits of the viewing card. So give that a try.
