You picture is breaking up when it is windy and even when it is calm I cannot get a picture on some news channels it says your sky box is not receiving a signal

It sounds like a problem with the dish alignment (or possibly cables).

SKY no longer support SKY +/HD so you will need to contact a local independent Satellite Installer

@AlancurrAn now might be a good time to consider switching either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

If you opt for Sky Q, Sky's current satellite platform, any dish problems will be put right at no additional cost as part of the Sky Q installation process.

Sky Stream works via your broadband service, and doesn't require a dish.
