Picture / TV Programme Turns To A Blue Tint

Hello Sky, we have had a problem on occasion where the TV programme has turned to a blue tint but not all the channels are as affected compared to others where some are marginal and others are completely blue.

Changing the TV Settings (Colour Adjustment) isn't affected as it is a Sky Fault. You could put on a DVD and have no "Blue" compared to Sky. This has happened once before that I know of and corrected itself over time. We had done nothing and trying to change the Colour Settings on our telly did very little to resolve the issue experienced by so many. I'm 37 and have Idiopathic Epilepsy yet try to help my dad on anything technical.

If anyone can let me know, even Sky Staff themselves, please let me know so that hopefully it doesn;t happen again.

Many thanks.

We're a customer Community so it's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here.

It's not a broadcast issue as all customers would be affected. It might possibly be a fault with the Sky box, though I've not seen this kind of fault reported before. The first, thing I would try is to replace the HDMI cable between the TV and Sky box.

Was there a solution to this? I have the same blue tint on everything, no sound and occasionally just a complete blue screen
